Established in March 2023, Essential Hideaway comes with over 15 years of combined experience.  Our knowledgeable Registered Massage Therapists are here to help you continue your health care regime toward pain and injury free living. We will provide you with excellent preventative and therapeutic care for your entire body. Whether you're wanting a relaxation treatment to unwind and recharge, or a deeper therapeutic treatment to target more specific areas of concern, we are here to help you with all your massage therapy goals. ​All of our therapists have experience working in multi-disciplinary clinics along side other healthcare professionals.
